New Balance is hiring Retail Sales Associates in Quarry Market, TX. You will deliver exceptional customer service, apply product knowledge, and guide customers through the purchase journey with effective selling techniques.

Experience in retail is a plus, but not required. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and the ability to handle cash with basic math are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment
• Familiarity with cash register functions
• Ability to quickly perform basic math
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance when necessary, kneel or squat frequently, and climb stairs as needed

Retail Sale Associates ensure our retail stores operate smoothly and provide exemplary customer service. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

• Ability to: lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary); stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently (depending on location)

Quarry Market, TX Retail Only Pay Range: $12.80 - $16.00 - $19.20 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
