The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Racine, WI is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to support daily sales and store operations. You will greet customers, ring up transactions, maintain an inviting shop, and help display new merchandise, contributing to the store’s welcoming environment.

Part-time role up to 28 hours weekly, with a 2:30pm–6:30pm shift including Saturdays; pay rate $12.00–$13.00 per hour. Opportunity to grow within a mission-driven team.

About the Role

Join our team in \"Doing the Most Good\" as a Retail Sales Associate. We're seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals who will help create a welcoming shopping experience for our diverse community of customers and donors. This role combines customer service, retail operations, and mission-driven work to support The Salvation Army's community programs. You'll be an essential part of our team, transforming donations into resources that directly support our mission of serving those in need in our community.

Pay Rate : $12.00-$13.00/ per hour

Status: Part-time, up to 28 hours per week

Shift: 2:30pm-6:30pm, includes Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and offering assistance
