Job summary

Shutterfly is hiring for a Part-Time Team Member in-store portrait studio. You will capture photos, engage customers, and drive sales while delivering a friendly and memorable experience.

The role requires a minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED, with training provided in photography and sales. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is expected in this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Retail or photography experience is preferred.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Able to work across multiple studios as needed.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.

Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00
