Job summary

Shutterfly, Inc. is hiring part-time Team Members for our JCPenney Portraits studio in Boynton Beach, FL. You will capture fun, creative photos and guide customers through the sales process to help families preserve memories.

We offer paid training, competitive pay with incentives, a flexible schedule, and exclusive store discounts. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, and able to work days, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Join us to create memorable portraits with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Retail, sales or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customers' expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience.

What You’ll Do Here

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous retail, sales, service, or photography experience, preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00
