Job summary

Shutterfly, Inc. is hiring a part-time Team Member for JCPenney Portraits studios in Illinois. You’ll help capture fun photos, guide customers through the sales process, and schedule sessions, delivering a positive experience for families.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED, with retail or photography experience preferred, and able to work days, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Training is provided, and employees enjoy discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous retail, sales, service, or photography experience, preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry).

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
