POP MART in Washington, DC is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to contribute to salesmanship and customer experience within our stores. You will greet customers, offer product recommendations, and handle basic checkout duties, while supporting stockroom and shipments to ensure store readiness.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail customer-facing experience, are confident engaging customers, and can work 18+ years old with the ability to stand for long periods. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Confidently engage customers to deliver great shopping experience.
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage in friendly conversations to assess needs.
• Offer product recommendations and information to assist purchase decisions.
• Use the POS to ring up transactions and handle payments.
• Assist with product shipment deliveries and organize the stockroom to keep the store organized.
