Job summary

Eaze is seeking a retail associate in California/Florida to perform daily tasks, manage the POS system, restock shelves, promote loyalty programs, and maintain store cleanliness. You will ensure customer satisfaction through product knowledge and teamwork to deliver excellent service.

This role may support the fulfillment warehouse as needed. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and must be 21+ by state law to work in a dispensary.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail setting preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must be 21+ to work in a cannabis dispensary per state law.
• Attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
• Open availability: store operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with evening and weekend hours as needed.

What the role is about:

This position is responsible for executing daily retail tasks and activities to ensure retail operations are consistent with company goals and objectives. Daily tasks include managing the POS system, restocking shelves, promoting sales and loyalty programs, and keeping the store clean and organized. They will ensure customer satisfaction by staying knowledgeable about products and working with colleagues to provide excellent service. Additionally, they may also support the fulfillment warehouse if needed.

What impact you'll make:

• Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Inventory organization, merchandise, and stock products
• Fully trained in cash handling and the POS system
• Provide customer service

What you’ve accomplished:

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required

What you're capable of:

• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor daily
• Ability to place and arrange products on all shelves and racks daily
• Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying products daily
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds infrequently
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store daily
• Ability to also be required to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time daily
• Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens and to key information into the computer daily
• Exposure to indoor climate control measures
