Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in York, PA. You will be the face of the brand, assisting customers with cannabis products and delivering top-tier service. The role requires a high school diploma, and at least 6 months in customer-facing or sales work, plus POS experience and cash handling.

About the Role

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience within a regulated retail setting.

Physical Requirements

Stand for extended periods of time, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and fingers to feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds. Occasionally required to climb, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less). Exposure to dust, pollen, plant pathogens; ability to work in confined spaces; high stress tolerance and adaptability.
