Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to warmly greet customers, help locate items, keep the sales floor neat, and support daily store operations. You may work in various departments including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home or Baby Depot.

Base pay starts at $16/hour with a team‑oriented, high‑energy environment. Part‑time roles may qualify for benefits such as dental and vision coverage, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
