Job summary

maurices is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and help customers build wardrobes. The role includes supporting visual merchandising, store presentation, and omni-channel experiences to meet sales goals.

You will guide customers, utilize POS technology, and maintain store standards while contributing to curbside and in-store fulfillment. A flexible schedule is available in a team-oriented environment.

• Operate Cash Wrap/Cashier using store technology to process transactions.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards in-store and online.
• Support product flow, shipping and receiving, and omni order fulfilment including curbside pick-up.

What you’ll do Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

General Work Expectations:

• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology (ie: POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up
