Job summary

Tailored Brands in Washington state is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet customers, build relationships from greeting through post-sale contact, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

You will assist with visual merchandising, stock counts, and store projects, while standing and walking most of the shift and handling a cash register at the point of sale. The role may involve working across multiple store locations and brands, with a focus on inclusion and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail settings preferred.

Job description

Ability to work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
