Position Overview

We’re looking for a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate – (Stylists/Sales Support) at Store 1283‑Medford‑maurices‑Medford, WI 54451. This evergreen requisition is open year‑round and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, focusing on the customer’s needs to achieve sales goals.

General Work Expectations

• Guide the customer through our award‑winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Customer‑obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well‑informed on company priorities and promotions in‑store and online; deliver a seamless, omni‑channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni‑order fulfilment processes including in‑store and curbside pick‑up

Position Requirements

• At least 16 years of age

• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment, while working through competing priorities
