Job summary

Maurices Incorporated is seeking part-time Retail Sales Associates for Store 1212-Centre Mall in Sioux Center, IA. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with outfits, and help maintain an inviting store presentation.

The role also involves merchandising, stock handling, and supporting omni-channel shopping experiences. Ideal candidates are at least 16, comfortable engaging with customers of all ages, and able to work a flexible schedule.

Position Overview

This is an evergreen requisition used to build a pipeline of candidates for future openings. While this posting for a Retail Sales Associate - Part-Time at our Store 1212-Centre Mall-maurices-Sioux Center, IA 51250 remains open year-round, actual hiring needs may vary. Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

General Work Expectations

Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections. Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter.

Cash Wrap / Cashier

Use our modern store technology (ie: POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services. Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.

Product Flow / Shipping and Receiving

Support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up.
