Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to warmly greet customers, assist with merchandise, and maintain a neat, organized store environment. You’ll support store operations and may work in departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed.
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time.
