Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. General Work Expectations

• Guide the customer through our award‑winning brand experience to make authentic connections
• Customer‑obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter
• Cash wrap/cashier: use modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay well‑informed on company priorities and promotions in‑store and online; deliver a seamless omni‑channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product flow/shipping and receiving: support the shipment process, gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni‑order fulfillment processes including in‑store and curbside pick‑up
