Job summary

Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation seeks a Sales Associate at our Salt Lake City store to deliver excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain a well-organized sales floor and stockroom.

You will answer inquiries, recommend products, and support add-on sales while keeping the store clean and stocked. The role requires availability for a flexible schedule and a positive, sports-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus.
• Upon accepting a position offered, candidate will be subject to E-Verify.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Role Overview
