Job summary

Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation in Roswell, NM seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will assist customers, answer inquiries, and help maintain a well-organized store and stockroom.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, suggesting add-on sales, and keeping the sales floor clean and stocked. E-Verify may be required; lifting is possible. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus.

Role Overview
