Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to warmly greet customers, help locate merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

You will support store operations and collaborate with team members to deliver world class service in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a competitive hourly wage, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and an associate discount on merchandise.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed.
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
