Retail Sales Associate - Part Time
Shift Availability: 0 – 30 hours per week, availability on weekends strongly preferred.
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.

The physical demands of this job include standing for extended periods, walking, talking or hearing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching with hands and arms, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Occasional climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. The position requires clear vision at 20 inches or less.
This position involves potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens, requires work in confined spaces, and demands a high stress tolerance, adaptability, and flexibility to work in an ever‑changing environment.
