Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Orlando to be the face of our brand and deliver top-tier service. You will help guests explore cannabis products, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, upselling with product knowledge, processing transactions, restocking, and assisting with online orders. The role requires weekend availability and a positive, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers and team members.

• Remain agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
• Take on extra duties as needed to support the team and store success.

Shift Availability: 0 – 30 hours per week, availability on weekends strongly preferred.

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this job include standing for extended periods, walking, talking or hearing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching with hands and arms, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Occasional climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. The position requires clear vision at 20 inches or less.

Work Environment

This position involves potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens, requires work in confined spaces, and demands a high stress tolerance, adaptability, and flexibility to work in an ever‑changing environment.
