Position Overview

Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, sales associates also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

What you’ll do

Guide the Customer through our award‑winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections. Be customer‑obsessed, lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, and influence with moments that matter. Use our modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to be well‑informed on company priorities and promotions in‑store and online; deliver a seamless, omni‑channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services. Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer. Support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in‑store and curbside pick‑up.

• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well‑informed on company priorities and promotions in‑store and online; deliver a seamless, omni‑channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in‑store and curbside pick‑up
