Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Mountain Home, ID is seeking a Front End Specialist 1 to assist customers and help maintain the store appearance at the front end. You will greet guests, operate the cash register, and stay informed about promotions to drive sales.

You will also support Ollie’s Army and donation programs, assist with stocking and merchandising, and keep the front end clean and organized. A high school diploma is preferred, and teamwork and a customer-centric approach are valued in

Internal Job Title: Front End Specialist 1

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
