Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers choose parts and solutions for automotive needs. You’ll stock merchandise, assist shoppers, and support store operations with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

You’ll engage with customers, communicate clearly, and work with the team to meet sales goals while following safety and loss-prevention procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish beneficial.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.

• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
