Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in the United States. You will greet and assist customers, keep the sales floor neat, and support store operations.

The role spans departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot and requires a team-oriented, energetic attitude. Base pay is $14 per hour. Part-time associates may access Burlington's benefits including dental/vision, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed.
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time.
