Position Overview

What you’ll do: Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that inspires and leaves customers feeling their best. While the primary responsibility is delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes, you will also participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation, all while focusing on customer needs to achieve sales goals.

General Work Expectations

• Guide the customer through our award‑winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Customer‑obsessed: lead with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise style and fit, and influence moments that matter
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to stay well‑informed on company priorities and promotions in‑store and online; deliver a seamless, omni‑channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni‑order fulfilment processes including in‑store and curbside pick‑up
