Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Erie. You will help customers, assist with floor moves and merchandising, and ring up sales at registers.

The position requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented store that values diversity and community involvement. Base pay is $12.00 per hour, with associate discounts and potential part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform merchandising tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating merchandise on the floor.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping.
• Operate registers, ring up sales and bag merchandise.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
