Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Mississippi. You will greet customers, help them locate merchandise, ring up sales and maintain a clean sales floor.

The role requires a friendly disposition, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team. This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly wage of $12.00 per hour. You may be eligible for the benefits package including dental and vision coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) plan depending on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to operate registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Greet customers and assist in locating merchandise across departments.
• Help with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping.
• Ring up sales at registers and bag merchandise; support store operations as needed.
