Job summary

maurices is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with building wardrobes. You will participate in visual merchandising, maintain store presentation, and support omni-channel initiatives including curbside pickup and loyalty programs.

Position Overview

Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

Cash Wrap/Cashier

• use our modern store technology (ie:POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer

Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving

• support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up
