Retail Sales Associate – Part Time at ALLDATA (AutoZone). Join a team delivering WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. Drive sales, maintain store operations, and foster a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Sales & Metrics – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point-of-sale procedures and loss prevention policies to ensure smooth store operations.
• Process Orientation & Safety – Follow structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies, using PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: At least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
