Job summary

Fleet Feet in Layton, UT is seeking an Outfitter to help customers with gear selection and expert guidance for their fitness journeys. You will be a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact who helps customers find the right products and services, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will build lasting relationships with customers and peers by listening actively and offering personalized solutions.

• Flexible and available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experienced in customer-facing roles (preferred).
• Excellent communicators and standout colleagues.
