Job summary

Fleet Feet Sports in Lawrence, Kansas, is seeking an Outfitter to provide exceptional customer service and support for fitness enthusiasts. In this role, you will deliver personalized attention to customers, recommending and fitting footwear and gear tailored to their individual needs.

What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized service to help customers reach their fitness goals.
• Recommend and fit footwear, apparel, and gear tailored to individual needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive in-store environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, teammates, and vendor partners.
• Stay current on product features, benefits, and trends.
• Support events, group runs, and training programs that build community.
• Contribute to store goals and support operations like merchandising and inventory.

• Experienced in customer-facing roles (preferred).
