Job summary

Fleet Feet in Boulder is looking for an Outfitter who can deliver memorable, personalized service, help customers reach fitness goals, and fit footwear and gear to individual needs.

You will work with teammates and vendors to create an welcoming in-store experience, stay current on product features, and support events and community programs.

This role values proactive, reliable team players who can lift up to 25 lbs and work flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

As an Outfitter, you'll create memorable, impactful customer experiences by:
