Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Retail Team Member in Orlando, FL to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand standards. You will support sales, process transactions at checkout, and help maintain stock and store presentation.

We seek a team player with solid communication skills, a quick learner, and basic MS Office abilities. The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with flexible weekend/evening hours and a base pay of $15.00–$18.00 plus

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store standards.
• Basic MS Office proficiency and computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds as part of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in store per Brand Values and service standards.
• Through customer service, achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising per Puma standards.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with stock levels, inventory counts, and product availability.
• Comply with Policies & Procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

YOUR MISSION

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards,
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets,
• Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly,
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards,
• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise,
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed,
• Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities,
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,
• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.

YOUR TALENT

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred,
• Strong team player,
• Strong communication skills,
• Ability to learn quickly,
• Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs,
• The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 + Benefits
