Job summary

Gap in Orlando seeks a Brand Associate to bring iconic American style to life, helping customers find on-trend looks that reflect their individuality. You’ll be part of a team that delivers an inclusive, welcoming experience and contributes to Gap’s heritage and product offering.

As a Brand Associate, you will engage customers, share fashion knowledge, and participate in ensuring a positive store environment across the sales floor and back-of-house operations.

You thrive on driving an exceptional customer experience by strengthening the customer’s emotional connection to the brand, engaging authentically and with intent.

What you'll do

• Support multiple areas of the store including: sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.

• To be considered for this role, applicants must:


• Be at least 16 years of age.


• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
