Macy's Bethesda is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for Montgomery Mall. This full‑time role blends selling with hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You’ll greet customers, understand needs, and help them find the right items on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.

Benefits include pay of $18.00–$19.51 per hour, health coverage, 401(k), paid time off and holidays, plus development opportunities. Weekend shifts are required and training is provided.
