Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge.

You will educate customers, engage in omni-channel activities, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience across the store. You will support various areas including sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap, while maintaining a neat and organized workspace and meeting personal goals that contribute to store success.

Qualifications

You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer.
