Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Retail Operations team. You will greet customers, assist donors with merchandise, and process transactions at the POS system in a fast-paced store environment.

This non-exempt role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a community-focused nonprofit. Pay rate is $17.13–$19.00 per hour, DOE, with standard retail benefits and a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in all store areas.
• Assist customers/donors with merchandise and questions; direct to supervisor as needed.
• Handle cash, checks and card transactions; balance POS cash drawer.
