Overview

Retail Sales Associate - LINDA VISTA at Super Star Car Wash. As a Retail Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products. Using a consultative sales approach, you will guide customers through their options, showcasing your passion for helping people and finding a solution that works best for our customers!

Pay: Unlock Your Earning Potential: $20–$25 per Hour! (Base Pay: $18.50 - $18.75/hour + Weekly Commissions + Monthly Retention Bonuses)

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location. This role is eligible to earn a weekly sales commission and monthly membership retention bonus based on individual performance.

Engage Customers: Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
Perform Additional Tasks: Take on other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions.

Outdoor and Indoor Settings: Primarily work outdoors.
