Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking a retail associate in Las Vegas to deliver exceptional customer service and operate at the point of sale. You will maintain store standards, assist with stock and merchandising, and support the team to achieve sales targets. The role requires flexibility for weekends and evenings, plus physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour with benefits. Prior retail experience and a team-oriented mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related field.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store standards.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in-store per PUMA values and service standards.
• Drive sales and meet KPIs and profitability targets through effective customer service.
• Process sales transactions at checkout accurately and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and assist with stock levels and product availability.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety practices to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards,
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets,
• Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly,
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards,
• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise,
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed,
• Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities,
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,
• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred,
• Strong team player,
• Ability to learn quickly,
• Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs,
• The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 + Benefits
