ARS-Rescue Rooter in Annapolis area is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers inside national home improvement retail stores. No HVAC experience required; we’re seeking people who are outgoing and eager to start conversations about home comfort needs.

You will educate customers about HVAC and plumbing services, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home consultations.

Qualifications

• No HVAC experience required; open to all backgrounds.
• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
• Weekly in-office meetings.
• Background check as required by law.

• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in‑office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
