Job summary

Packman Payroll Corp is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to assist customers, run the register, refresh displays, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance. You’ll provide an excellent shopping experience across Sayville, Selden, and Mt Sinai locations.

Previous customer service experience is preferred, with a willingness to obtain a Notary License within 3 months. Candidate must be able to work partial weekends and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly.
• Understanding of sales techniques and customer service.
• Willingness to work in a team.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Willingness to obtain Notary License within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist while shopping.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Operate the register to process sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card.
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers.
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and store upkeep.
• Drive sales through product promotions.
