Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and providing personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement at checkout.
• Provide a friendly cash wrap experience and keep shelves and register area neat and stocked.
• Support replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and appealing.
• Assist with floorset changes, window ideas, and marketing placement as needed.
