Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and track sales goals and continuously improve selling skills.
• Follow all company policies and manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations including shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales based on knowledge guides.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify needs, pricing concerns and operational issues with management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by maintaining internal controls.
