Old Navy in Leominster, MA is seeking a full-time Brand Associate to bring our approachable fashion to life for customers. You will educate shoppers about products, loyalty programs, and use an omni-channel approach to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, while keeping the floor neat and welcoming. You will assist on sales floor, fitting rooms, and at the cash wrap, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.

About The Role

As a FT Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience using an omni‑channel approach.

• Able to utilize retail technology.


• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Hourly Range:

$17.00 - $17.50

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
