Job summary

Old Navy is hiring a FT Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver excellent service, educate on loyalty programs, and drive sales using omni-channel tools. You’ll collaborate with leadership to create a top-notch shopping experience.

You’ll work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment, assist on sales floor and cash wrap, and maintain an organized workspace while upholding brand standards and customer care.

About The Role

As a FT Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Hourly Range:

$18.00 - $18.50

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
