Don Roberto Jewelers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Retail Sales Associate who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our Modesto store.

The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, building product knowledge, and assisting customers with jewelry purchases, while adhering to store policies and privacy requirements. The position requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, with evenings possible.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly performance sales plans.
• Acquire and maintain product knowledge to demonstrate brand, quality, and style.
• Recommend, select, and locate or obtain merchandise based on consumer requests.
• Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using store register and adhere to checkout standards.
• Access consumer accounts and maintain accuracy as well as safety in accordance with company’s consumer privacy policies.
• Maintain professional attire, behavior, and neatness in accordance with company policy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
