Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise, and keep the floor neat and inviting. You will support management and help run daily store operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You may work in Ladies, Men, Youth, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot departments. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required; associates receive a competitive wage, employee discount, and benefits package.

• Greeting and assisting customers; maintaining a neat, organized sales floor.
