A leading tanning salon company in California is seeking passionate, hardworking individuals for entry-level customer service roles. The ideal candidates will meet sales goals, consult with customers, and maintain a clean salon. Starting pay is $16.50, with opportunities for bonuses and career growth. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment.

Responsibilities
