Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service, assist customers with automotive parts, and support store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and help with basic installations while contributing to sales goals. A bilingual (Spanish/English) skill set and 18+ age are preferred, with flexible full-time availability.

Qualifications

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.

• Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
