Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, help locate merchandise, maintain a neat floor, and support management with day-to-day store operations.

Your role includes assisting customers, ringing up sales, merchandising, and housekeeping while maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer competitive wages, an associate discount, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
