Job summary

AutoZone in Lenoir City, TN seeks a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! customer service, assist customers with parts selection, and drive sales in a fast-paced automotive parts store.

You'll collaborate with store teams, maintain organized inventory, provide expert product knowledge, and help with installations and basic diagnostics to support customers’ car care needs.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive parts knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.

• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
